Where is my order?

US Orders: Typically, your order will reach you within 3-5 business days after it's shipped.

International Orders: Shipping times vary based on your chosen method, ranging from 3-5 business days to 6-9 business days.

Special Offer for US Customers: For our customers in the United States, if any item without a 15-20 day wait period hasn't shipped yet, feel free to contact our support team. We'll gladly partially ship your available items at no extra cost.

My package says it's been delivered, but I don't see it.

Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you with any concerns you may have. It is not uncommon for situations like this to arise. We kindly advise you to conduct a thorough search, covering several areas:

Front Door/Porch Area: Begin by inspecting your front door or porch for the package.

Mailbox: Check your mailbox to ensure the package has not been placed there. Family

Members/Neighbors: Inquire with family members or neighbors, as sometimes they may accept deliveries on your behalf.

Front Desk/Administration Office: For those residing in apartment complexes, consider contacting the front desk or administration office, as packages may have been left there.

In addition, it's worth noting that shipping carriers occasionally update the status of a package to "delivered" before it physically arrives. To allow for any potential delays, we recommend waiting for a full 3-5 days after the stated delivery date. If the package has not arrived during this period, we recommend taking the following steps:

Contact Local Post Office: Reach out to your local post office to inquire if the package was inadvertently delivered to a different address or is being held at their facility.

Should it be determined that the package is indeed lost or missing, please be aware of the following:

Re-shipment Policy: We can arrange a re-shipment of your order; however, the re-shipped items will be exact duplicates of your original order and cannot be modified or refunded.

International Shipments: If an international shipment is marked as "signed for" but remains unlocated, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier to address the situation.
